Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, we will get it picked up for free. • Once the wrong product is received by us, we will dispatch the correct product or refund the amount within 7 working days. • The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged. • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging. • All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancelation/Return/Exchange policy:
Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/ incomplete or defective/ damaged within 3 days after delivery.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
You may not cancel any Paid or order for custom stich product(s). Once a product is shipped or proceed for stitching department, the 'Exchange and Return Policy' will apply for the order cancellations.
Note. - Pre booking order is not eligible for cancellation. - International orders are not eligible for cancellation.
