RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods. We will arrange to collect them(the whole order) and give a full refund or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Products should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
All the supporting documents such as receipt of purchase, price tags labels and warranty cards as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/incomplete or defective/damaged within three days after delivery.
Due to the difference in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots , the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what it is seen on screen. Therefore products can not be exchanged for this reason.
You may not cancel any paid or order for custom stitch products(s).Once a product is shipped or proceed for stitching department, the 'Exchange and Return Policy' will apply for the order cancellations.
