Welcome to Tajjirbaba in Pakistan (pk.tajjirbaba.com). By using our platform (as a vendor or buyer), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, which are governed under the Laws of Pakistan.
1. Definitions

Platform – pk.tajjirbaba.com, operated by Tajjirbaba Pvt. Ltd.

Vendor – A business or individual selling products on Tajjirbaba.

Customer/Buyer – Any individual purchasing products through the platform.

Membership – Vendor subscription plan (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
-
Commission – A percentage deducted from each successful order.
2. Vendor Registration

Vendors must provide valid documentation (CNIC, NTN, Business Registration Certificate if applicable).

Vendors must agree to comply with Consumer Protection Laws and Pakistan’s eCommerce Policy 2019.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and regularly updated.

Tajjirbaba reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations.
3. Product Listings & Content

Vendors may only list genuine, legal, and authentic products.
-
Prohibited items include counterfeit products, narcotics, hazardous items, weapons, or any goods banned under Pakistani law.

Product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate. Misrepresentation is a punishable offense under PECA 2016.

Vendors are fully responsible for product warranties, guarantees, and after-sales services.
4. Orders, Payments & Commission

Customers may pay via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Debit/Credit Cards.

Vendor payments will be released within 7–14 business days after order confirmation, minus commission.

Commission percentages vary according to vendor membership plans.
-
Refunds/returns will follow the platform’s Refund Policy, in line with Consumer Protection Act.
5. Delivery & Logistics

Vendors must ensure proper packaging and timely shipment.

Delivery charges must be clearly communicated to customers.
-
Tajjirbaba may integrate with third-party courier companies; delays caused by couriers are beyond Tajjirbaba’s liability.

Vendors must share tracking details with buyers.
6. Consumer Rights (As per Pakistani Law)

Buyers have the right to return goods within 7 days of delivery, unless items are perishable, personal-care, or customized.

Buyers must receive invoices/receipts with clear pricing and taxes (if applicable).

Vendors are obligated to provide refunds for defective or misrepresented products.
7. Vendor Responsibilities

Maintain high product quality and ethical business practices.

Respond to customer queries within 24–48 hours.

Comply with Taxation Laws (Sales Tax, Income Tax where applicable).

Use legal invoices and proper records for business transactions.
8. Prohibited Activities

Sale of counterfeit or banned goods.
-
Fraudulent transactions or price manipulation.
-
Misuse of customer data (covered under PECA 2016 – Cybercrime Law).

Spam, harassment, or misuse of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

Vendors may not use logos, branding, or trademarks belonging to Tajjirbaba without prior approval.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their product images and content do not violate copyright or trademark laws.
10. Limitation of Liability

Tajjirbaba acts as a facilitator and marketplace, not the direct seller of products.

Tajjirbaba is not liable for disputes between vendors and customers, product quality issues, or delivery failures.

However, Tajjirbaba reserves the right to mediate disputes where necessary.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan including:

E-Commerce Policy of Pakistan (2019)

Consumer Protection Act (Provincial laws)

PECA 2016 (Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act)

Taxation Laws (FBR regulations)

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Pakistan.
12. Amendments
Tajjirbaba reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.
