⚠️ Important Notice:
By signing this Agreement, the Vendor acknowledges and accepts that the Vendor Registration Store Package fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to account termination, vendor withdrawal, or policy violation.

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the Vendor will list, promote, and sell products on the Tajjirbaba Pakistan multivendor marketplace.

2. Vendor Registration & Membership

The Vendor must complete Tajjirbaba Vendor Registration with accurate details.
Vendor shall subscribe to an appropriate Vendor Membership Plan (Monthly, 1-Year,2 Year or 3-Year).
A one-time Vendor Registration Store Package fee is required.
This Vendor Registration Store Package fee is non-refundable under any condition.
Membership subscription fees are also non-refundable once activated.

3. Product Listings & Standards

Vendor shall list genuine, original, and legal products only.
Prohibited items include: counterfeit goods, illegal imports, narcotics, weapons, or any items banned under Pakistani law.
Product listings must include images, descriptions, and prices.

4. Orders & Payments

All payments from buyers shall be processed through Tajjirbaba Payment Gateway.
Tajjirbaba shall deduct its commission (4%) before transferring payments to Vendor.
Vendor payouts will be made within 7–14 business days of order completion.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Vendor is responsible for safe packaging and timely delivery.
Shipments must comply with Pakistan courier regulations.
Any delays or damages are the Vendor’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Vendor agrees to accept returns within 7 days, as per Tajjirbaba Return Policy.
Refunds to customers shall be processed through the same payment method used by the customer.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendor must comply with Pakistan’s eCommerce laws (E-Commerce Policy 2019, Consumer Protection Act, PECA 2016).
Vendor must provide invoices, receipts, and tax compliance (FBR registered if applicable).
Vendor must not misuse customer data.

8. Tajjirbaba Rights

Tajjirbaba may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violation of terms.
Tajjirbaba may revise commissions, policies, and membership fees with 30 days’ notice.
Tajjirbaba is not liable for disputes between Vendor and Customers, but may assist in resolution.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of Pakistan.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

10. Agreement Duration

This contract is valid for the selected Vendor Membership Term (1 year, 2 years, or 3 years).
Renewal requires payment of the next subscription cycle.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Immediate termination may occur for fraud, counterfeit sales, or violation of law.
