Refund Policy

At eX-GamerZ, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are only applicable in cases where a product is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be delivered.

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. Processing time may take a few working days.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. The product should be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

After inspection, we will offer a replacement or exchange based on product availability.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind.
