Order Processing Time
We will try to deliver orders within 4-5 business days after processing your order, provided you provide a valid address. However, unforeseen circumstances (force majeure events) might delay or prevent deliveries. We'll do our best to ship it out sooner!
Free Delivery
Free delivery is provided for orders exceeding Rs. 5,000 PKR (Rupees Five Thousand PKR).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages

We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, we'll offer to replace the lost/damaged item or provide a full refund, depending on the situation.
