- Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
- If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods. We will arrange to collect them(the whole order) and give a full refund or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you.
- All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
- Products should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
- All the supporting documents such as receipt of purchase, price tags labels and warranty cards as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Product/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/incomplete or defective/damaged within three days after delivery.
- Due to the difference in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots , the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what it is seen on screen. Therefore products can not be exchanged for this reason.
- You may not cancel any paid or order for custom stitch products(s).Once a product is shipped or proceed for stitching department, the 'Exchange and Return Policy' will apply for the order cancellations.
